Frequently asked questions
Jumping® Fitness is the joy of movement.
It’s a dynamic trampoline workout where you sweat, laugh, burn calories, improve your fitness, and shape your body at the same time.
Each class is led by a certified instructor who sets the pace and style of the training, motivates you, and guides the entire session. At the same time, everyone can choose their own tempo based on their breathing and current energy level. When you need to slow down, you slow down. When you feel strong, you push harder.
Because everyone exercises on their own trampoline, you have your own space. There are no complicated choreographies and no stress about not keeping up with others. The elastic mat reduces impact on the joints while keeping the workout intense and effective.
Jumping on a trampoline is natural and fun, and that’s exactly what Jumping® Fitness is built on. Great energy, music, and movement pull you in, and the class flies by faster than you expect. Jumping® Fitness is suitable for beginners and advanced participants, for women and men, regardless of age or current fitness level.
For a Jumping® Fitness class, you mainly need comfortable sportswear that makes you feel good, that’s what Jumping® is all about. Leggings and a T-shirt or tank top are ideal; it’s entirely up to your preference. We recommend a firm sports bra for women, trust us, you won't manage without one.
Don’t forget clean athletic shoes. For your first class, any firm sports shoes will do. If you fall in love with Jumping®, we recommend investing in higher-quality footwear over time. On our blog, you’ll find a full article on the topic “SHOES, SOCKS, OR BAREFOOT?”
Bring a bottle of water (preferably non-sparkling) and a towel.
If you’d like, visit our e-shop in the “FASHION” section, where you can dress from head to toe. You’ll also find sports bottles, towels, and functional socks.
Absolutely yes.
Jumping® Fitness is suitable even for complete beginners and for anyone who thinks they are 'out of shape' or that they wouldn't be able to keep up with the pace. Right from the start, it is important to say that basic Jumping® classes have no choreography, so you don't need to memorize anything and your mind can stay clear, you simply enjoy the movement.
Every class is led by an instructor who guides the entire session and clearly explains each movement and step. The instructor sets the pace, but everyone exercises according to their own abilities, breathing, and current energy levels. When you need to, you slow down; when you have the strength, you push harder. It's not about keeping up with others, everyone has their own trampoline and their own space, so you don't need to worry about 'getting in anyone's way'.
A typical Jumping® Fitness class lasts approximately 45–60 minutes and has a clear structure. It starts with a warm-up to gradually prepare your body, followed by the main dynamic section with combinations of steps and different types of jumps that engage your entire body, legs, core, and arms.
The class combines endurance and strength elements, so you burn energy while also toning and strengthening your body. The session ends with a cool-down and stretching.
Ideally, you should exercise 2–3 times per week. Consistency is key, it’s not about a one-time performance but a long-term process. With regular movement, your fitness improves, fat burning becomes more efficient, your body shapes up, and you feel more energetic and positive.
If you’re just starting, 1–2 sessions per week are enough. You can gradually increase based on how you feel and your personal goals.
The postpartum period is a major change for both the body and the mind. Whether the birth was natural or by caesarean section, the body needs time to recover. The return to exercise should therefore be gradual and respectful of what the woman has been through. It is important to start gently, with breathing exercises, pelvic floor activation, and light core strengthening, and to increase intensity according to how the woman feels. Every body responds differently, and comparing yourself to others has no place here.
During pregnancy, the body naturally undergoes changes, the pelvic floor relaxes and prepares for childbirth, which is why Jumping® Fitness is generally not recommended during this period. After giving birth, however, it is possible to gradually return to movement once the health condition allows and the body is ready. Regular and appropriately chosen exercise can help improve fitness, posture, stability, and mental wellbeing. It is not about a quick return to being 'in shape', but rather a healthy and long-term process.
As for the joints, the flexible surface of the trampoline absorbs impact, meaning the load on the joints is significantly lower than, for example, running on a hard surface. With the correct technique, Jumping® Fitness is therefore gentle yet at the same time a very effective workout that helps rebuild both strength and endurance.
The most important thing is to listen to your body and, in case of any doubts, consult a doctor or physiotherapist.

If you’re still unsure, contact us via chat or email, we’ll be happy to help.
For a class at the gym, we recommend bringing comfortable footwear and sportswear. Everything else should be prepared and ready for you. You can also get clothing from us on our website, where you will find original Jumping® pieces that you won't find anywhere else.
If you decide to work out at home, you will need one of the trampolines we recommend for home use — on our website you will find a video guide on how to choose the right trampoline for home use. Again, sportswear and footwear are a must, and we ideally recommend working out based on our videos, which you can find on our YouTube channel, or we have a special Jumping® Fitness iTV, where you have access to over 400 Jumping® videos, with the library growing every week. And then all that's left is to get started and work out with us.
Then all that’s left is to start and jump with us.
If you want to get started with Jumping®, we recommend first visiting a class at the gym closest to you, or one that you already like. You can find a list of gyms on this MAP of Jumping® centers.
If you would then like to improve your Jumping®, refine your technique, and learn the correct fundamentals of Jumping® and everything that goes with it, we recommend signing up for the BASIC training, where you will learn all of this. We train all over the world, so all you need to do is find the nearest date in your region on this page. At the same time, once you have your Jumping® Basic Diploma, you become a certified Instructor and can lead your own classes. You can also progress to further training levels — FUSION, EXTENSION, and ADVANCED — where you will develop your Jumping® skills to the next level and learn to use, for example, Sliders and Expanders within interval training sessions. We will also introduce you to Jumping® DRUM — drumming on the trampoline — focus on the CORE system of your body, and you will discover how you can work with children and teenagers on our trampolines.
Jumping® can not only be an enjoyable part of your life, but it can also be your livelihood.
The original is always one of a kind. But as it is everywhere with every product and program, there are people and companies who want to take advantage of a good name and brand, ride the trend, and bring their own innovations, etc.
Jumping® Fitness was founded back in 2001, since then, we have come a long way that none of our competitors have, nor can they. Along this journey, we have perfected our trampolines down to the finest detail, into the most functional products you will find on the market. We offer original spare parts, which can only be purchased from our e-shop or through our distributors, and here it holds true that not all rubber ropes are created equal. Over the years, we have sourced exactly the right parts that your trampolines need and that maximize both performance and longevity. Our team is always here, ready to help and advise on the most suitable products for your specific needs.
At the same time, we are the only ones who offer Jumping® training with our Master Trainers, who have been doing Jumping® for decades and know exactly how to train you across 4 forms of training, so that you understand Jumping® from its very core all the way to being able to lead your own classes and organize your own Jumping® parties.
It always comes down to who you want to trust and who you want to give your precious time to. We will never let you down.
