Jumping up and down isn't the only thing waiting for you at Jumping® lessons.Jumping® Fitness is a comprehensive program on specially developed mini-trampolines.The basis is a combination of high and low intensity exercises, fast sprints with balance elements for perfect "core training" and exercises to develop explosive strength.
Jumping® is not tied to difficult choreographies and steps, so you can turn off your head and get rid of all your negative emotions while jumping. In addition, Jumping® to the rhythm of favorite songs awakens joy in most people, so it can lift your mood after just a few minutes. Jumping triggers a chemical reaction that produces endorphins, serotonin and dopamine. It is scientifically proven that activities like Jumping® induce a good mood.
Jumping® is among the most effective in terms of the number of calories burned during one exercise session. Of course, it depends on the intensity of the exercise, but on average you will burn up to 700 kcal per hour. This is almost twice as much as, for example, an hour of jogging. Trampolines have, among other things, a weight capacity of 130 kg, which is why they are also ideal for overweight people.
