Brief procedure for exercising the right to return or claim goods
If damaged goods are delivered to you

Do not accept the goods from the carrier. If you find damage after receipt, please report it to the courier and us NO LATER than within 3 days of delivery.

Photograph the damage and send it to complains@jumping-fitness.com.

If the trampoline is proved to be damaged during the transport, we will arrange for its removal free of charge.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the condition in which it was received.
If, as a consumer, you exercise the right to return the goods within 14 days

The cost of returning the goods (for their transport to us) is paid by the customer (as stated in our terms and conditions).
Complaints about goods during the warranty period

Complaints will be accepted in cases stipulated by law or contract (for example, we will not accept complaints due to normal wear and tear or improper handling of the goods).

If the complaint is accepted, we will arrange the removal of the goods free of charge.

We resolve complaints in exchange for the same piece of goods. The right to a refund will only arise in the event of another complaint (if the defect occurs repeatedly).
