Refund policy

Brief procedure for exercising the right to return or claim goods

If damaged goods are delivered to you​

  • Do not accept the goods from the carrier. If you find damage after receipt, please report it to the courier and us NO LATER than within 3 days of delivery.

  • Photograph the damage and send it to complains@jumping-fitness.com

  • If the trampoline is proved to be damaged during the transport, we will arrange for its removal free of charge.

  • The goods must be returned in the original packaging, in the condition in which it was received.

If, as a consumer, you exercise the right to return the goods within 14 days

  • The cost of returning the goods (for their transport to us) is paid by the customer (as stated in our terms and conditions).

Complaints about goods during the warranty period

  • Complaints will be accepted in cases stipulated by law or contract (for example, we will not accept complaints due to normal wear and tear or improper handling of the goods).

  • If the complaint is accepted, we will arrange the removal of the goods free of charge.

  • We resolve complaints in exchange for the same piece of goods. The right to a refund will only arise in the event of another complaint (if the defect occurs repeatedly).

  • To file a complaint, please send a photo and a description of the problem to complains@jumping-fitness.com.
