For complete service of your trampolines, please fill out the attached form. Our team will review the condition of your trampolines with you and propose an appropriate solution. After consultation, you can perform proper trampoline maintenance directly in your studio, or you can choose a “full service” at our workshop if you send the trampolines to us.

Within Czechia and Slovakia, we also offer on-site service at your studio, so you can have everything taken care of hassle-free. Each case is individually consulted, and we will propose the ideal solution tailored to your needs.

Just like your car, trampolines need regular maintenance to function properly. Our recommendation is that after approximately 300 hours of use, you should replace the entire set of mat + rubber ropes (this corresponds to roughly one year of use at 6 classes per week).

All parts of the trampoline are interconnected and only work properly together. If you notice even the slightest fraying or other signs of wear on a rubber rope, replace it immediately. At the same time, check the trampoline frame for corrosion, as fraying may be caused by structural damage. When replacing rubber ropes, we also recommend replacing the mat to prevent overstretching, which can affect both its durability and functionality.
