Every original Jumping® trampoline is equipped with a high-quality technical mat that belongs among the most durable materials available. The fabric used for our original Jumping® mats is produced in an ISO-certified factory where strict quality controls and standards are maintained. This specially developed material is designed for demanding commercial use, where it faces heavy loads and intense daily operation.For manufacturing our mats, we use a highly durable sewing thread from a German manufacturer, designed for seams with maximum longevity. Thanks to its excellent sewing properties, it is ideal even for multidirectional stitching and guarantees long-lasting strength and durability of every seam.

The impact area is bordered by a rim, the width of which is 5 cm. The PLUS trampoline has 78 lugs, through which a rubber rope is threaded.

The rubber rope that attaches the jumping mat to the trampoline frame is custom-made for us by a family-owned company with more than thirty years of tradition. It is 100% Czech-made, with a strong emphasis on precision, safety, and an environmentally responsible approach. These carefully manufactured components are the heart of our trampolines and ensure reliability and quality with every use.

The rubber rope is made from a special polyethylene monofilament, which stands out for its low elasticity and high clamping strength. An undeniable bonus is its increased resistance to abrasion, allowing it to remain flexible and strong even during long-term and intensive use. The combination of precise production, high-quality materials, and innovative processing makes our rubber ropes a truly original and exceptional part of every trampoline—one you can fully rely on.

The length of the rubber rope is precisely defined and should not be shortened in any way. After years of testing and careful fine-tuning, we have set the rubber rope length and mat elasticity to achieve the best possible rebound for all weight categories. This ensures an ideal balance between performance and the lifespan of the individual components.
