Jumping® fitness trampolines are undoubtedly a fun, safe and effective tool for everyone. But their use does not only extend to gyms or homes. They can also be a great aid in school learning, helping to enhance activity and attention in the classroom.

Kids love jumping on trampolines and rooting for their friends, too. They like to jump in different ways and play different learning games. The combination of learning and physical activity is an ideal way of maintaining their attention while increasing their appetite for physical activity and sports.
Jumping® 어린이 피트니스 트램폴린은 교실의 모든 사람이 공유할 수 있으며 하루 동안 다양한 방법으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 다음은 몇 가지 팁입니다:
수학: 단위와 십 단위로 세기 및 상호작용하는 덧셈과 뺄셈. 예를 들어, 학생에게 다음 질문을 할 수 있습니다: "5 더하기 3은 얼마인가요?" 학생은 답으로 8번 점프해야 합니다.
Spelling: Teach the students how to spell words by pronouncing individual letters as they jump.

Syllables: Teach the students how to pronounce each syllable with a jump.
Feedback: Ask the students to coach and encourage each other.
Follow the leader: Students mirror the jumps of another jumper.
Daily use: Aim to allow each student to spend at least a few moments on the trampoline every day as a reward for good performance, for example.
Student celebrations: Celebrate learning. Using a trampoline brings a smile to your students’ faces.

The fitness trampoline is a big hit with students of all levels. However, it is important to emphasise safety and the correct jumping style. Teach students how to begin and end a jumping session and how to alternate intensity and breathe properly. Also, highlight to students the difference between a Jumping fitness trampoline and an outdoor trampoline with a protective net - that it is safe to jump high on an outdoor trampoline but on the fitness trampoline it is necessary to push against the trampoline mat without trying to jump as high as possible.

Landing/rebounding is also important. Teach your students to keep proper posture with a focus on their knees to prevent injuries that could result from rebounding.
