That was one of the reasons why we graduated from Charles University - Faculty of Physical Education and Sports. We have compiled the training outline in order to prepare to start Jumping® instructors perfectly for their new role of a “Jumping® instructor”, Jana and Tomas agree.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the Jumping® Basic training, the graduate learns the basics of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. A major part of the training is dedicated to the practical part. The Master trainers will teach you the correct execution of individual exercises. With their friendly but strict approach, they will evaluate you throughout the training. During these two days, the future instructors will try leading a Jumping® lesson with a group of people alone. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe future instructors are evaluated throughout the training.
